  • 8 recipes ranging from simple to more complex (based on your food preferences) to help fuel your training

  • Proper fueling techniques leading up to race day (based on your food preferences)

Plant-Based Nutrition Sessions
$65

For inquiries about plant-based nutrition:

  • 15-30 minute session to discuss needs

  • Provide guidance with proper fueling techniques

For continuing clients:

  • 15-30 minute sessions to discuss progress

  • Revise food intake if needed

  • Provide guidance with proper fueling techniques

New Client Plant-Based Nutrition Program (2 Sessions)

Session 1:

  • 30 minute consultation

  • Evaluation of current diet

  • Discuss needs with a deep dive into lifestyle and eating habits (with goal setting)

  • Daily checklist of ingredients/foods to incorporate each day

  • 8 recipes ranging from simple to more complex (based on evaluation)

Session 2 (1 week after Session 1):

  • 30 minute session

  • Review progress to tweak goals and foods as needed

  • Provide proper fueling techniques during training leading up to race day (based on evaluation)

Follow Up

  • 2 weeks of 15 minute check-ins as needed
