Hi, I’m Corey aka. Cor-Cor (a nickname derived from a former co-worker that kind of stuck with me). I’m a plant-based athlete who loves being active, eating healthy “ish” and motivating others to live life to it’s fullest. As a Certified Holistic Nutritionist my goal is to provide you with information that inspires you to make healthy changes in your life and to eat like you give a damn.
